Return Policy

LolitReady will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received.

If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking.

During the exchange process, you have the option for an instant exchange if you don't want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 21 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).

Stores are unable to process exchange requests initiated through the return portal at this time.
